Logistics Engineer needed in Katy, Texas to liaison between the supply chain operations, engineering and sales throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate current processes and propose improvements for projects involving underground utilities, subdivision development, commercial construction, paving and oil and gas. Interview key staff members, identify cost reduction and better service delivery opportunities. Review project contracts and customer specification to determine logistics support requirements. Develop logistic metrics, internal analysis tools and key performance indicators for all company projects. Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering or foreign equivalent reqd. 24 months of experience in the job offered or Supply Chain Management or Engineering reqd. 40 hrs/week M-F, 8-5.
